Luminesce Brighter Day is a medium-light cream that has been newly updated to provide even more pigment-inhibiting and anti-inflammatory benefits. It delivers active ingredients to over-stimulated cells (melanocytes) to influence the overproduction of melanin. The patented bio-peptides improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, dark spots, and dullness in the skin. It contains six key brightening ingredients together with modern biotechnology that form a complete solution to hyperpigmentation. It has a silky, smooth finish. Key ingredients include brightening peptides Oligopeptide-34 as well as Pentapeptide-13. The Oligopeptide-34 inhibits tyrosinase activity while reducing the melanosome transfer and it also inhibits the triggers of inflammation. Pentapeptide-13 disrupts the melanocyte nucleus message preventing tyrosinase, which triggers pigmentation, from forming. Licorice extract is used as a tyrosinase inhibitor as well as an anti-inflammatory, Hyaluronic acid is a potent water binder in the skin responsible for hydration. Niacinamide uses vitamin B3 to inhibit melanin transfer into keratinocytes as well as enhancing the functioning of the lipid bilayer. Pea extract (Pisum sativum) acts as an antioxidant reducing free radical triggers of hyperpigmentation. Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) is also used as an anti-oxidant and anti-swelling property.
